BTO-22 is the most commonly used blade model, with medium Barb Length about 22mm, it is used in railways, prisons, highways, factories, schools and other places. BTO-22 razor wire can be used as the default choice installed in straight lines atop fences or walls or in a flat wrap configuration to create anti climbing barriers.
Blade Sizes: BTO 22 is medium size blade for most common fencing uses; Blade Length more than 60mm, such as CBT-60 model, is suitable for large circle diameter installation; Blade Length about 10mm, such as BTO-10 is suitable for small circle fencing installations.
Concertina razor wire is usually attached on "Y" or "V" support, razor wire 4mm/3mm/2.8mm with razor wire coil diameters Ф=600mm, with distance between circles 150mm-400mm.

Processing:
This type of razor wire is made of galvanized sheet and wire.
Blade making: The steel sheet is punched to razor blade BTO-22 profile by stamping press with dies.
Steel Wire Core: The core of razor wire is made from high-tensile steel wire, as the backbone of the razor wire, providing structural support for the blades.
Sharpening: After stamping, the edges of the blades are sharpened, as part of the stamping process or in a separate step.
Attaching Blades to Core Wire: The sharpened blades are then positioned and crimped onto the high-tensile wire core at regular intervals. Ensuring that the blades are securely attached and evenly spaced.
Coiling, Packing & Shipping
The razor wire is carefully coiled, into large rolls making it easier to transport and deploy. Packaged with waterproof paper and woven bag outside each roll. Usually 50rolls or 100rolls be a big bundle by metal strip.
